Hey Wellington companies, we are subleasing our space at 15 Edward St for the next 13 months. The office comes fully furnished for 8-12 people so you just need to bring in your laptops and screens to get started. The desks there are massive with lots of room to work.

There is room for another 6 where the red desks are now, or you can turn this into a breakout space. Also includes access to a boardroom, kitchen, and you are 10 meters from two of the best pubs and the best Japanese restaurant in town.

Cost is $2800 per month including power/internet/cleaning. There's another company in the office as well that you'll have to get along with, but they are pretty cool.

The lease starts on the 1st of October,
