Carparks on the top level are open to the elements. However, are not restricted by interior columns as in the lower areas and apparently more popular for people with larger vehicles. The open, unobstructed areas also provide better security, particularly if you live or work in nearby buildings with a full view of your car.

These carparks have a 24 hour, 7 day access with a swipe card. They are managed by Wilsons so if there is ever a problem with your card, somebody at Wilsons can help you.

Please note the photos are not of my particular carparks but on the roof where the carparks are.

Initial payment is one month rent in advance and $100.00 bond on Wilsons card which is refunded when card is handed back in good condition.
