We have 3 offices available for sub-lease in our workshop & office space. The downstairs front Office, the downstairs rear office which is seperated via a fake wall and internally accessible via a door and the upstairs office. We currently have one long term tenant who is happy to be in any of the 3 spaces to be flexible for a new tenant that may want both downstairs offices for example. The space will be available long term as due to covid we have had staff reductions and re-adjusted how we operate and use our space.

Office comes with a single carpark and it’s a nice private and separated office space within our workshop with a lockable door. Price per office includes all utilities ie. Power, water, fibre, monitored alarm, carpark, security camera system, kitchenware & appliances plus there is a shared kitchen & bathroom. The workshop also has a kitchen & bathroom and direct access to 2x Motorways and is only 10 minutes from the CBD.

We are asking for $175 inc gst per office per week, or $320 for 2 office spaces.
