Single Parking Lot Freemans Bay

We have a spare carparking spot with our apartment which is vacant and available for 24/7hr use. It is located off Howe street, and the carpark has enough room for manourvering in and out.
In terms of security; although it is an open carpark is is visible from all the surrounding apartment block which would minimise any break-ins occuring.
The area is reletively quite, with slight morning and afternoon traffic due surrounding schools. It is close to the southern motorway on ramp, K Rd and Franklin Rd.
