Spacious Room in a large house available, with plenty of in room storage. $200 per week payable in advance; includes use of kitchen, bathroom, laundry, internet and power. We are on tank water. Small extra weekly charge for use of heater if needed.
Currently fitted out for living accomodation but can easily be refit for office space. Access via front door and also through garage.
On the ground floor in a good location in Army Bay. With the beautiful Shakespear Park, Army Bay, Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa Gulf Course in close proximity and access to many more beaches on your doorstep. The house has magnificent views of the Hauraki Gulf. Only 40 minutes from Auckland City, bus stops close by and the Gulf Harbour Ferry not far away.
